Nearly 140 submitters are from Wednesday starting to tell the city council face to face what they think of its fat rates hikes, and other big issues.
After almost 3000 written submissions on the draft long term plan (LTP), verbal submissions are due to be heard over three days on both the plan, and the likes of proposed big development contributions (DCs) increases.
