Public Spaces
There are two key spaces in the CBD that are available for outdoor events.
A large paved and grass, mixed-use space, able to hold 4,000 people and with the ability to manipulate the space to accommodate a range of activities.
A recently renovated, multi-tiered amphitheater with a spectacular outlook over the Waikato river. The large level space at the top allows for performers, markets, events and has capacity for around 500 people.
