London Central set to help transform northern CBD

The first stage of one of Hamilton’s biggest ever central city townhouse developments will be completed and available to move into in May.

The first 16 townhouses in the new London Central development are under construction and taking shape. They are already being sold at a cost of $650,000 each. 

The housing development on the corner of London and Tristram Streets, along with others nearby, has the potential to transform the area through the number of permanent residents it will bring to this part of the city.    

Leon Da-Silva says London Central will ultimately bring at least 150 new residents into this part of the CBD.
